The first thing they tell you when you are about to enter the service industry is the "customer is always right" (even though they are so wrong in some cases). No matter how angry they are at you or how dissatisfied they are with you, you have to stay calm. No matter how abusive they get, you cannot blow up even though you feel like throwing a super massive punch at the customers. But seriously, how much are we paid to be abused??

One customer really got on my nerves yesterday...i can take scolding alright... and i can take it when you say stuff like "bloody idiots" or "stupid" but when you make RACIST remarks like "that's the problem with Malays and the FUCKING brains"...that is where i draw the line...i mean here i am trying to help you with your enquiries and they you are hurling racist comments and screaming like a mad woman at me...what the heck!!! Honestly woman, before you do something like that, please get your facts straight! Seriously right, 80% of the things that you are blaming us for are untrue you bloody idiot!
It has only been a month and i've already witness several, erm...for the lack of a better word, shitty attitudes from customers... and it's really not comforting when your collegues, who have been in this industry for like 5 to 7 yrs, say "ni baru sikit aje...ade customer lebih teruk daripada perempuan tu"....MADNESS!!

Anyways, fai dropped by at my work place a couple of days ago (she was shopping at THIS FASHION which is just below my office)...i thought of spending my break time with her..but she came about an hour past my breaktime...haha....so i only met her at the counter area..cause she wanted to pass me a bracelet/bangle (thanks fai!!!)

The next few days might be pretty chaotic for me and my collegues...my office will be shifted to another location...and i have to learn lotsa new stuff cause one of my collegues will be transferred to another department...and a new girl will be coming in on monday...met her last wed when she came down for the interview... oh...and i'm getting along pretty well with my two crazy collegues...haha...mad lah these two gerls...always making me laugh and always happy to help me out and guide me with my work.... too bad one of them will be going to another department at the end of the mth...boo...

On a lighter note...i foresee myself going shopping in the coming weeks...hahah! Badly in need of new clothes to wear to work...kept wearing the same old boring stuff... and i need new shoes/slippers/flip flops! Shall make myself a shopping lists soon..hehe
